Today is the greatest day I've ever known
I left for Chicago at 7:45 AM on Wednesday, 11.29.00. The tweny-eight hours that followed were by far the funnest, craziest, most emotional twenty-eight hours of my life thus far. I met hardcore SP fans in airports in Oklahoma City, St. Louis, and Chicago. Once at the hotel in Chicago, I met many Netphorian friends, all of whom were wonderful, beautiful, super nice people.
The best thing about Chicago...I met someone I would've never met otherwise. I met my Anthony in Chicago. :) He's a Netphorian, but I'd never really talked to him before I met him in Chicago. Something clicked with us, and it's still clicking...
And the Pumpkins. An amazing setlist from beginning to end. I really could not have asked more from the band I have loved and followed for the past five years. I feel privileged to have witnessed and taken part in something as powerful, pure, and good as the music of the Smashing Pumpkins. It was a truly beautiful thing to be with people who understood me as a whole and my lifestyle for the past five years, and who shared in my craziness. Where ever I am in life, and who ever I turn out to be, the Pumpkins will always be in my hearts, and will forever shape me.

Time is never time at all
You can never ever leave without leaving a piece of youth
And our lives are forever changed
We will never be the same
The more you change the less you feel
Believe, believe in me, believe
That life can change, that you're not stuck in vain
We're not the same, we're different tonight
Tonight, so bright
Tonight
And you know you're never sure
But you're sure you could be right
If you held yourself up to the light
And the embers never fade in your city by the lake
The place where you were born
Believe, believe in me, believe
In the resolute urgency of now
And if you believe there's not a tonight
Tonight, so bright
Tonight
We'll crucify the insincere tonight
We'll make things right, we'll feel it all tonight
We'll find a way to offer up the night tonight
The indescribable moments of your life tonight
The impossible is possible tonight
Believe in me as I believe in you, tonight.
