Setting: Carrie's computer room, basement, dining room, and the front porch
Synopsis: Lily and Finga' are called to the British Intelligence Agency, where they are greeted by the head officer. She tells Finga' and Lily that she has a mission for them: they are to save the world from the evil Dr. Zeegomeister. They inform the officer that Bob couldn't be with them, because they are having elections in Green Jello Land again, and she is running for Queen again. The officer tells them that she doesn't know much of Dr. Zeego's plan, but that he is in the hills of Somalia...
Deep in the hills of Somalia (really Carrie's basement), Dr. Zeego is planning his overthrow of the world. He will sprinkle iodized salt over the polar ice caps, thus causing world wide flooding. He will remain safe atop the hills of Somalia. Zeego and his henchman plan to go to a nightclub that Narcotic Lollipop frequents, The Cat's Meow, where he will kill them. Zeego, the henchman, his "woman", and Joe the Monkey laugh into the night with thoughts of their evil plan...
Zeego goes to the Cat's Meow, and brings Joe with him. Zeego sits in disguise at the piano. Finga' enters, and discovers Joe, who is sitting at the bar. Knowing that Joe is an agent of Zeego's, Finga' "sweet-talks" Joe, trying to get him to give her the plans he has forgot that are underneath his tail!! Finga' has an idea to give Joe a poisoned shot to kill him. Joe drinks the poison, and dies (sort of). Finga' gets the plans, and uncovers Zeego's evil plot. She calls Lily over, and the two run off to save the world and Narcotic Lollipop...
Lily and Finga' have found Zeego's headquarters, and in a scene worthy of Charlie's Angels, infiltrate. Zeego and the henchman are captured, and sentenced to play drums for Narcotic Lollipop, and eat Green Jello everyday. The world is saved....
